Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Director for North America. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion and success of our client's products across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Construction/Mobile Equipment/Attachments market, a proven track record in sales and sales leadership, and a strategic mindset to develop and execute effective plans

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and rental networks.

  • Present and communicate the value proposition of our products to end users effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to shape the direction of the company's U.S. market strategy.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.

  • In-depth understanding of the Construction/Mobile Equipment Attachments market in the U.S.

  • Proven background in successful sales and sales leadership roles.

  • Strong strategic outlook with the ability to create and execute comprehensive plans.

  • Experience working with dealer and rental networks.

  • High degree of technical aptitude and the ability to convey product value to end users.
